Ever think of making the use points section half price for a week? 
making it half price would mean that he will lose alot of money due to the HUGE amount of discount on the items >.< another thing is you have to think long and hard about if buying them are worth it as in how much you would grow per day etc... i maxed my 500 turns tho its cool cause uve always got them but yea its ALOT of points to get>.>anyway just wondering but do you know what happening with quest atm XD? like how many days/weeks till maybe having afew new monsters

It is alot of points... which is why I'm reluctant.
He Cyber just had an idea. PP players should get a certain discount on the use points section.
Wouldn't help me, but maybe it's somthing to think about.
