I know it's a bit of a meme at this point to complain about updates. Reality here is that the mobile site being more useable is actually quite a big step. As CK said, a lot of users use mobile. More might play (again) just for the fact that they can simply do it on the phone much easier now. I know from experience how terrible it was to use before, when that was all Alba could use to play here. Attacking was near impossible, and even raiding was a ha**le.
As for people breaking rules. I will tell you that it's not as if it isn't being overlooked. But being sure on things, finding proof, and ensuring that it's handled in the correct way, does take time. Sometimes people feel like it isn't discussed, trust me it is.
We all love being here. For whatever reason. Lets just say we are all afraid to lose it. I know that the majority of my friends came from here. This game was a huge part of my life, and continued past that. I met people here that I'll never forget. For that I actually have CK to thank for it. It's quite a lot of responsibility to know that. But also, lets feeeeed him egoooo, I know you want it CK....

I get where you're coming from, but I don't think people are complaining about lack of updates for a joke. I can't speak for anyone else, but I've spent real money on the game based on the promise of updates coming and those promises are reaffirmed a couple of times a year with nothing happening.
I'll concede the mobile point though. If it gets users to join or come back then all well and good. It would be nice to see some activity again. I just think it's a little insulting to pa** off genuine, loyal player's concerns as a "meme". Players who have been playing this game for over a decade in a lot of cases.

I think you're taking it a little personal, and you need to relax a little.
Correct me if I'm wrong but, I believe they were trying to make a pa**ing comment. Basically to say its became almost the norm or cliche to complain firstly. Which I understand! We have promised things in the past but we are human. Life gets in the way, i personally moved countries and got married. I also work a full time job that eats into my free time.
Secondly when you spend money on the game you bought points or preferred player, and in return you received those digital items. You didn't buy shares in the company, become our boss and you didnt buy updates. Im not trying to be mean im just stating a fact.
Like I said, we have lives outside of this free to play game. What about the thousands of man hours and real money we've spent on the game. I respect your loyalty to the game, and your pa**ion. I also think its great that you're an advocate for updates, and to paraphrase every politician "Lets make the game great again".
That being said you really cant talk to other players or admins like that. An aggressive and ent*tled att*tude doesn't make this a nice environment to work in nor does it encourage other users to participate in discussions. We're not some faceless company, nor do we have offices in California with a 100,000 employees.
We want to bring back people, and drive the game forward.
Having someone try to rip us a new one just isn't productive, and while you may have been here for a long time.
CK and Myself have been here a lot longer. We both know how much this game means to all of us, and we want to improve it and make it great.
If you'll pardon my language here.... I'm not asking you to blow smoke up my A**, only to give us the chance to work on the game without a negative reaction to every action we make.

Well... I talk by myself... Its true that sometimes i got very upset about the updates, i dont spend money in the game, but as Symp said, we in some point took it as part of our lifes.
Before, we are so many people having real fun in the game, got friends & very good ones...
But people got bored... People got leaving... I guess that is what we miss really, activity...
We were seeing cheaters, no one caring about that...
So I was also complaining... But then i think... Why so hard with them? (CK & Gf) what if they got busy in real live? I did it & i took off for a long time too... Now i just try to be active because im busy too... Just living....
Why I can do it and they must be living just for us and for the game?
I mean, I understand you, i want to get back in the old times... Everyone wants, at least the few ones still here, but... Im not going to push you anymore.
So, im sorry if i said somethig hurting you.
And, im very very glad with this mobile update!!

Yeah I was pretty much just implying that it's the first reaction anyone has towards CK & GF right now. For quite some time now it's been mostly complaints of content, instead of being supportive towards their efforts thus far. Especially on a thread that is specifically about them putting time in to improve/update mobile.
We've all said our share about how we feel. I didn't intend to belittle what players, old or new, want.
On topic, I don't use mobile, but it sounds like it's good 
As someone who in the past has had to play on mobile for an extended period of time, the new theme is amazing. SO much better than it was. Thank you guys for working hard on that.
That being said, it seems that the theme is centered around playing on a phone in Portrait mode, however, that feels a bit awkward to me. Would it be possible to get it to work in Landscape mode a bit better? Perhaps with repositioning the arrow buttons so it's more like a gamepad and easier to navigate the areas. Also, I noticed that in Landscape mode the arrows tend to hide behind the world map, they still function correctly, you just can't see them sometimes.
Again, thanks for the update guys and I can't wait to see what else you guys have coming!
