No I don't support cheating all that much, though I do think, in every game, there will always be cheaters.

There is nothing to debate about, really.

Find a bug, exploit it -- PUNISHED --, regardless of whether you report it.

Find a bug, report it, and earn the respect of the other people who play the game.
If it is a major bug, I may well reward people, but you really shouldn't need incentive to do the right thing
