I don't even get the chance to click on the skill...I've tried alot but it won't work...I've played less because of this...

By the sound of it, it isn't my fault. Nothing in the code makes the scroll box jump to the top when you scroll it down.
I suggest you clear your browsers cache, but other than that, I don't see what I can do.

I haven't had IE6 for over a year, so I don't do very much testing in that any more. However, even with IE6 I had no problem at the time, and the code is very similar to the way it was back then.

Your user agent says you are using IE8.0! You are using an experimental beta version of a rubbish browser, with a still faulty rendering engine(hence the beta2).
How can you possibly blame me?

Try Firefox 3 or Opera, or IE7 Or even Safari or Chrome

EDIT: Confirmed. It happens in IE8.0 for me too. However, it is in no way my fault, and I simply refuse to spend my time fixing it because anybody who downloaded it should realise that it's not fit for casual browsing yet.
Seriously, I think you should try a different web browser until IE8 is released officially.
I only have it installed for testing/curiosity

Also, I've noticed that anything Javascript based is incredibly slow in IE8 beta 2. They are getting worse, not better! Avoid like the plague

No problem It's a relief that it's not my fault this time.

Alright I changed it to mozilla and it works just fine. Now I can use embezzle. I'll be playing alot more now. Thanks for the help and keep up the good work on the game.
