Is this too much power?

For the items you are considering it dropping, no, I think it's just fine

he seems tough but im not sure what items hes dropping but i think only 2 or three guilds are able to take him on atm

I think it is abit too powerful, i'd say only IW and COFG, Would be able to beat it, and they would have to use quite a bit of there members in the battle. BUT, If the items are good then keep it as it is ..

Weaker guilds can stick to borag until they get strong enough to vs the new guy

it's a bit weird that they die b4 doing their dmg. since the ppl who are in the raid do it while the minions don't.

and a single thing i would like to see added:  t*tan, the Furious doing dmg and not only his minions
like 3/4 from  the dmg is done by the big boss. he would also have more HP then his minions. 

as much as i want the items for COFG members i'd say its a bit too strong for an average guild.
